How do I remove the black ring around my neck?
I have a black ring around my neck and unevens my skin. I need a fast way to do it. I scrub and scrub but it turns red then black again. Please and Thank You.

You did not get this because you’re dirty. Soap has nothing to do with this. It’s a skin condition that some people of color get (but it doesn’t exclusively hit people of color only).
