1.Exposure to Loud noise
Sudden exposure to a loud noise such as gun-fire or continued exposure to loud noises such as machinery or music can damage the delicate hairs in the inner ear or cochlea. This results in a misfiring of electrical impulses that tell the brain that a sound is being heard when it isn’t.
2. Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are one of the main causes of ringing in the ears.
All of them have side-effects and unfortunately tinnitus is one of them. If you have a sensitivity to aspirin, you any experience a ringing in the ears after taking it. Although some antidepressants may reduce tinnitus symptoms, others will make them worse. Antibiotics used to treat sinus can make the mucous in the inner ear thicker and, since it cannot drain out of the Eustachian tubes, leads to mucous build-up, increased pressure and ear ringing.
3. Trauma
Did you know that we hear with our brain? The brain takes the electrical waves received by the ear and makes the sounds around us The brain also stores memory, experiences and sound and it tells the brain to hear these sounds. After a traumatic event such as an accident, the brain can make an emotional connection with a sound connected to the traumatic event and creates an ongoing memory loop which will continually replay that sound day or night. 4. Stress
Stress is one of the most overlooked causes of ringing in the ears. If you are subjected to stress through the death of a loved one, marital or work problems or money worries, bouts of tinnitus are often experienced. This is because the hypothalamus, responsible for producing the chemicals the body needs to function properly, is very susceptible to shock or grief. Sometimes this can lead to a breakdown between the ear and the brain, causing the sufferer to think he has heard a noise when he hasn’t. Pressure In Ear Ringing

Highly processed food and saturated fats increase blood pressure, one of the direct causes of tinnitus. How to put in 14s gauge earring?
I bout these 14s earrings from hot topic and I can’t figure out how to put them in, as stupid as that sounds. They’re little circles connected with a little ball on one end. Is the ball just supposed to pop out and then be thrown away? Or do you put it back on the earring after you put it in your ear?
The biggest gauge I’m going is 14s, I want them to grow back, and I’m too wimpy to go any bigger.
How old are you? Cause you’ll most likely regret gauging your ears. A lot of people I used to know do as they got older and more mature. When you get a job they won’t hire you with big holes in your ears.. just saying.
