new keel on my boat?
I intend to replace with my keel made of stainless steel, filled me lead.Am likely to have problems with electrolysis? If yes, what if you cover with fiberglass?
Whenever you make a stable level, there are concerns with various metals But suppose you have an old boat that had a "keel" that "rusty" in critical areas. If you look long term say 30 years is a matter which could reasonably respond, and if so at what price. Stroll through a shipyard and is located only a few fins SS I bet they are filled with lead. The balls are the weakest. Hope this helps.
