Ever wondered why so many Jewellers are buying gold at a time when gold price is near all time high! Usually businessmen invest in gold, real estate,bonds or shares when prices are low. So what has prompted so many businessmen specially Jewellers to buy gold at such a high prices. These multimillion dollar investors has learned from the 2008-09 world wide crash of economy that resulted in loss of millions to those who had their stake in stock market, real estate or mutual funds.It can be understood that they are now considering gold as a safer investment. Because Gold is one of the costliest and easily tradable metals. It can be traded easily anywhere in this world. In recent times it has emerged as one of the safest investment option yielding a decent amount of return on investment. But what is the rush? Are they concerned about something big or catastrophic event in near future that is going to result in biggest financial market crash ever? May be a natural calamity some people know is about to happen, for instance an earthquake, huge volcanic eruptions, meteorite hit or solar radiation resulting in crippling of normal human life on earth. Or they are simply concerned about a war which may ruin the economy of western countries.
It now clear that the western economy is never going to be same as before but what most of the people do not know that the economic recovery of US and other rich countries is a sham. It never happened, it is just stock market that has recovered, Which definitely can be manipulated. Buying its own debts by US is not a certain way to the successful recovery of economy.
