Jewellery Industry
What would be a reasonable price to pay for this ring?
I am hoping someone in the jewelry industry or someone who has experience with this can help I have two 14K gold rings I want to have them melted and molded into one simple band ring. No stones, nothing fancy. What would be a reasonable cost for this?
Thanks Leslie. I live in a really small town and the jewelry store is a rip off. I may try a larger city with more competition as far as mom and pops go.
You’d be better off going to a “mom and pop” type of shop with a jeweler on sight. Your big box stores (i.e. Zales, Shane Co, etc.) will probably charge an arm and a leg. I have worked in jewelry for 8 years. The prices are so inflated it is not even funny!
