Can anyone help me find a cute purse (a small clutch, preferably) and bracelet to go along with what I’ve bought so far?
(I’m not going to wear a necklace because of the brooch)

I’m in the eighth grade, but I’ll try to help you out. 
That is a lovely dress! Silver should definitely be the main color for your accessories. I think you should wear a necklace, even with the brooch on your dress. A long necklace would be distracting, but a short chain would be perfect! A strand or multiple layers of pearls would also be divine.
