Overlay Figaro
Gold plated, filled, overlay etc.. Is it worth it?
The necklace I was thinking of purchasing in the future is a Figaro chain link18k Gold 22′ which translates to about $1,200 being 5mm width. However I have come across many businesses offering gold filled necklaces and have been in business for years.
Is it a smarter route to take and purchase a size equivalent overlay necklace? Do they last and look like a normal solid gold or 18k necklace?
I have one and they last a very long time and they look identical to a normal solid gold but not exactly like an 18k necklace! I would spend a bit more money and buy a bigger one if you are still growing but they are a big investment! Just buy it and forget the overlay!
