My pandora bracelet turned black. Can I take it back?
I bought a pandora bracelet over 2 yrs ago. I wear it everyday (For the price I paid for it). I sometimes take it off before I bathe, but lost too many times so stopped taking it off. The other day I was putting away groceries and I looked at my wrist and my pandora was literally black. I have over 20 beads, and it was all black. Can I bring it back? Can they clean it, what do I do?
What you dont know about pandora, “they” are a jewelery store, thats sells only pandora merchandise. The ad specifically says that the bracelet will never turn black so what the hell? Why has mine turned back if there ad specifically says it wont turn black. Thats why I bought it. I dont even like silver!
you ask; “Can they clean it”, it depends on who “they” are, but if it it a jewelery store (in contrast to a department store) they certainly can clean it, depending on the store they may do it for free, or there may be a nominal charge.
You might try using a commercial jewelery cleaner yourself.
Black tarnish is common on silver, and the Pandora charms/beads seem to be solid silver, not plate, so cleaning should be no problem.
