well for one, rambo is fictional and not based on anyone in particular and of course its hollywood. the real life special forces training is very detailed and can last for up to two years. the special forces are experts in guerilla warfare, weapons, hand-to-hand combat, and being able to live off the land. they routinely attend the s.e.r.e. school (survive, evade, resist, escape) where they teach you how to do some of the things that stallone did in the movie. they don’t teach you however to use a bow and arrow, or how to take out an entire platoon of the enemy. special forces are smarter than to take on an entire platoon by themselves. what they would do is take them out one at a time or call in an air strike and take them out that way.
