Definitely go with a bright color. Red is great. Blue would be cute too, kind of starry. Dont overdue the color though, just shoes and clutch in that color would be plenty. Maybe earring studs in that color. If you go with silver jewelry make sure it matches the dress. A very small choker would look really cute with that dress. By the way, I LOVE your dress.
