I am trying to figure out where my ring that my grandmother came from. Can anyone help me?
I have asked my grandmother, but she doesn’t know. The ring is the irish claddagh ring. There is a green stone in it hanging from the top where the crown is. The ring is .925 sterling silver. It has some sort of S sign ingraved in it. It looks like this $. The crown and wrist of the hands are different than any other claddagh ring I have ever seen. The crown has tiny and big dots outlining it Like impressions in to the crown. The same on the wrist. I love this ring so much. I just wish I knew where it came from. I think someone could find out where it came from because of the impressions in the rings and the S sign. If anybody has a suggestion let me know please.
