In effect the ads follow the surfer around the internet. It takes the surfer by surprise. He is not accustomed to seeing ads for cruises on say, a website for home improvement and so does not automatically tune it out. He notices.
There is controversy regarding privacy issues, but in spite of it, this is proving to the most successful form on online advertising for small businesses. Tatto Media, a Boston-based behavioral media company experienced significantly more growth in 2008 than some of the major contextual media companies, including Yahoo and Tribal Fusion. The reason for the growth is that ads out of context get 100% more “click throughs” to the client’s website than contextual ads. They also get more conversions, which equate to sales.

need help with spring makeup!?
I am very simple when it comes to makeup and I don’t spend much time on it. I have fair to medium skin, my eyes are blue AND green (outside ring of blue and inside ring of green), I have curly,dirty blond hair, and am very serious about the environment. What colors should I use? I also have blemishes so how can I get rid of/cover these?
P.S. I also need new summer clothes and into tribal and surfer styles! I am also on a budget and have to get everything from the drug store. Please add pics and links! Thanks
What products should i use? (eye shadow, liner, gloss…etc.)
FACE- simple foundation, this will probably cover the blemishes and give you an all over even skin tone
EYES- try a plum, brown, or green eyeshadow this will really make your eyes pop and stand out
LIPS- you have to be very careful on deciding lip colors. if you choose to wear more bold or dark eye colors, then go with a nude gloss. If you choose to stick with a softer eye palate, you have to options, be trendy and bold and wear a popping pink or burnt orange lipstick, or you can stick to a more natural look and wear a nude gloss.(the second one is more boho chic)
MAKEUP KIT- try using eco tools makeup brushes, i use them on clients, and they are actually softer than most other brushes i have worked with and they are good for the environment
CLOTHING- Walmart and forever 21 have a huge variety of summer clothing and although they are cute, they are very affordable
