i think the circles may be decals, the butterflies look like maybe etched in. you might try finding a plain flat bead from a place like hobby lobby and paint on a design. as far as making the the earrings if you have never done it before then you should get the right tools (they arnt expensive, you can find them at walmart) and get a book or look up internet instructions on how to use them. its really not hard once you get the hang of it.
