Which Color Where for Two Tone Walls?

I have two colors of paint, a deep basil leaf green and a warm brown and the border that coordinates. The floors match the warm brown exactly. The question is should the green go on bottom and have the light brown on top farther away from the floor or have the matching brown be on the bottom closer to the brownish floor?
The floor is lighter tan tile with a darker brown accent tile. The brown paint is just the same color as the diamond inlaid tile.

Definitely have the green on the bottom. If the brown is on the bottom, it might look a little too matchy-matchy, and clash.
